I so enjoyed tying myself in knots at yoga, just what I needed to unwind (you know what I mean!).

Popped to Deb’s new flat and we lost a couple of hours of our lives to a perplexing self assembly (of small cabinet) challenge. I walked home along the seafront, quite a long way, but I enjoyed the peace of it.

In contrast to this evening, watching my neice perform in a teen production of ‘Rock of Ages’. Great energy from the youngsters.

Took her home and stayed for a late drink in their garden, trying not to nod off fire watching!
