Tayside Seals

This weekend is 'Open Studios' for North Fife and I headed out today to visit some of them along Fife's North coast on the River Tay.

At Balmarino, beside the Fife coastal path, is a carving of two seals (mother and pup) made from a single piece of wood.  It has weathered surprisingly well considering the length of time it has been there.  The earliest image I can find on the internet is summer 2014 and it was not new in that image.  I cant find when I first saw it but it was well before that.
