Vigo

This morning we caught a train from Valenca to Viga, a journey taking about 40 minutes, and requiring us to put our watches forward by an hour now we are back in Spain again.
We left our luggage at the Hotel Ipanema, and went to explore. On Vigo's highest hill are the restored ruins of  yet another fortress. The blip shows the view from there looking towards the Ria Vigo ( Vigo estuary) where we will be walking tomorrow.
There was another tremendous thunderstorm this afternoon when we were in a cafe having coffee.
This evening we had a fantastic meal at Tapas Reale, recommended by hotel receptionist Sheila ( the Girl from Ipanema ) with typical Galician specialities including grilled John Dorey and a very smooth cheesecake.
