Rice pudding

I've just come back from one of the greatest races on the planet, even though I didn't ride it I think I'm just as knacked as the riders, mind you some of them were partying till at least 6am yesterday's for me the highlight of tonight was my rice pudding with home made jam. I loved it.

My thought... Simple things can be so rewarding.
