Goosander on the Peedie Sea

A day of showers and high winds so just a short cycle about Kirkwall. Goosanders rate as uncommon in Orkney though a drake has been frequenting the Peedie Sea quite regularly. But I saw this female a couple of days ago and today she was having a rest on a boom popular with ducks.
