Muffins

I managed to make the blueberry muffins but I had to use paper cases so they've spread out a bit. Against all commonsense I decided to try one, it tasted delicious but I suffered the usual burning throat (egg allergy) so I won't be doing that again, anytime soon!

I just pottered about today, visited my elderly aunt who is now suffering from dementia but had no problem recognising me. Auntie Margaret is the last remaining sister of my mother. I don't have a photo of her perhaps I get one next time, she was a bit restless today.

I popped by at Hope'swith the muffins.

Back at work tomorrow. Night
