National Monument
Another v warm day - up to 26°C again by the afternoon - so we moved to another campsite on the edge of the town of Wiltz, stocking up with food en route, and only went out for a wander in the evening.
The town is built on a hillside and we aimed for the Château (now a museum) at the top, but were also intrigued by this very prominent tower. It turned out to be the National Monument to the General Strike during WW2, when Luxembourg was occupied and reprisals were taken against the strikers. Hopefully the photo makes it look reasonably dignified, as it certainly was, with paths and gardens around it, but the camera was trying to avoid both the sun and a distracting crane on the background!
