No prizes for guessing what I was doing this morning :-).  Suffice to say I made it to the pine (and back).

After lunch I had a practice conversation with my partner for next week's oral assessment. I found it really  helpful. The assessment  takes the form of a 10 minute conversatio  and we managed to chat without too much recourse to English for over 20 mins.

We plan to do a couple more before Wednesday (assessment day).  

We also got our written assessments this morning and I also started work on that. It  seems relatively straightforward - the hardest part is sometimes working out exactly what we should be doing.
