Celeb in Orange

Kingsday celebrated in every village and city of the Netherlands; even though Pope Franciscus has his funeral in Rome this very same day and it would be nice (if not wise) to send Dutch King William Alexander and his wife Queen Maxima (who's of Argentine origin and RK faith, like the pope himself) to Rome to represent our country at the Pope's funeral... But  King WA chose to stay in our country and celebrate his anniversary with the people of our nation; expressing thus the "sense of community", what he has in common with Pope Fransiscus.  

Rather than our King & Queen, our present PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs went to the Pope's funeral.
