My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

I had quite a busy day today. There was laundry, groceries, cooking and dishes.

Oh yes and work as well, I guess.

I'm still learning and writing notes. It's not that demanding.

After days of prep, my tofu was finally ready to be cooked. And I was actually astonished as to how good the final product tasted. Not goopy, but firm on the inside and with a nice flavourful, crispy texture.

"Hello!" said Punky Cat.

You know you've done something right with tofu when your cat wants some.

But given it was fried up with chili and garlic I thought better of it and gave him ham instead. He was okay with this.

So the meal I made was good, but not quite there. I need to figure out how to use this tofu. To be honest, it got a bit drowned out by the chili noodles. I'm thinking dipping sauce instead.

Caro tried a bit.

"It's not my favourite... but...." she said.

I'm taking this to mean, "Never make it for me again."

That's okay. I will eat it. And Punky will have ham.
