Balloon Plant

Aka bishop’s balls, hairy balls, swan plant and other names. It’s also where monarch butterflies lay their eggs and where their caterpillars make a meal of the leaves. Inexplicably it’s an invasive weed here. This one is growing between two utility boxes on Erskineville Rd, so a wildflower of sorts.
