Mayday

A delay to our daily routine caused by a tremendous thunderstorm allowed me to get organised with some important administrative tasks.
The blip above is of Dippy after returning from a foray having run across several ploughed fields chasing a seagull which seemed to know how safe it was 20 feet above the ground.
Even the fallen twigs were singing the joys of spring and the freshness brought about by the deluge earlier.
I spent most of the morning on cycle maintenance and phone calls catching up with clients and chatting to my new landlord.
A the remaining hours of daylight were spent helping M prepare and paint his boat in readiness for an upcoming inspection before it is allowed back into the water.
All in all a very fulfilling day.
