Tulip Medley

An interesting day!
I intended to find more bluebells - Finemere Woods.  However, finding the woods became very difficult through all the road closures brought about by HS2 plus a cross country rail link also going in.  The countryside is just being destroyed for no real benefit as HS2 is just a great white elephant.  When I eventually found the wood, there wasn't a bluebell in sight!  Plenty of trees knocked down and evidence of huge tyre tracks - but not a single bluebell. Housing development in this area is horrendous and roads already gridlocked - yet more housing proposed too.
Stop the world - I want to get off!!!
