Flower arranging class

We were privileged to have a master class in flower arranging today!

Al and Becky created all of the gorgeous bouquets on the table guided by Ila, who is next to Becky.  Ila retired after 30 some years in charge of greenhouses and flowers on the Mott Estate in Flint.  Next to Ila is our dear friend Mary, who was like a mother to Becky when they all worked together.

Besides learning an incredible amount about buying, arranging and preserving freshness of cut flowers, we had a great time catching up!!

It was a great day.
