When you put them on, the sausage dog stretches out twice his size.

(I am easily amused).

Today after a 7.30am swim; played a tough tennis match, I then had lunch with a young Ukrainian woman and her little boy. It was most interesting to get her spin on things. She has been through hard times. But her boy is settled well into school here and speaks perfect English. It is difficult to uproot your children if they are happy in a place.

I think the fine weather is over - but we shall see.
