Sourdough loaf

Another tasty loaf. Think I've got the technique to the point it involves less thinking which is nice. I've been feeling a little tired today but still spent some time digging over the next section of garden. Muscles are a little sore but it's all improving my fitness! I weeded the herb/flower bed before it was overtaken with thistles and grass. It will need more work but I don't want to disturb the soil too much before all the perennials are through. Looks like a lot of plants survived the winter which is nice.
