Head first

I definitely need to brush up on my bee photography skills. Or maybe they are just flying so frantically fast, trying to feed up after a long cold (ish) winter. Whatever the reason this is the first bee shot in almost a week that I am even vaguely happy with.

They are swarming all over the Echium right now, which is a bit of a shame because I know the birds would like to feed there as well.

Hell hath no fury like a bee swarmed.
