Bus Pass Walk

Backblip for Tuesday 29 April. Quite hot today so we caught the bus to East Riddlesden Hall and started the outing with refreshments! Being B's birthday he had chosen our lunch stop, so we then walked along the canal to Five Rise Cafe. Spotted these cute ducklings along the way, a random rower and bright bluebells (extras). Very busy at the cafe, but just as we thought we would have to leave I spotted a group leave a big table so grabbed it! After lunch we walked to Bingley and watched the film "The Pilgrimage of Harold Fry". It was so warm that afternoon catching the bus back to the village Corinthian and I had a few sneaky drinks at the local to help us up the hill! Nice to see the Hobblers, people from the Horticultural Society plus my neighbour and friend's husband there too.  Full on, but very enjoyable day.
