You are Not Aloud Up There!

Sure has been a wet cold day with around 8c for most of the day. The rain hasn't stopped for over 24 hours. A State of Emergency has been declared in the city this afternoon along with some other areas in Canterbury. Wellington is getting gale force winds now along with the rain. Here is a link if you are interested of our weather event. 

Just as well I wasn't going to Akaroa as the road is closed and a number of people have been told to evacuate from their homes in Akaroa because of the probability of slips. 

Mickey hasn't enjoyed being in doors all day and has been getting into mischief. He did go outside for a short time but waiting back in quickly. He knows he isn't allowed up on the cabinet.

I had a haircut today and there were no parks nearby so go a bit wet. 

I do have a better nights sleep last night. Still not feeling great today.
