3D Lego Van Gogh

Dan presented me with this incredible lego replica of Starry Night by van Gogh, my favorite artist.  For clarification, this is after I had made it.  I was a big lego fan when I was a kid and all the pieces had square edges and you had to be very inventive to make things looking anything like a recognizable object.  Not that long ago, I went through a phase of lego architecture with up to around 800 pieces cleverly fashioned to resemble famous buildings around the world.  This, however, was in another league.  2,016 pieces later, this turned out to be quite a painstaking undertaking.  However, it did give me some respite from the paper I was writing for my Religion and Sustainability class - 15 pages later it is now almost ready to be submitted.  And now only a Hebrew oral exam on Tuesday and this semester will be done!  Extra demonstrates the depth of the 3D effect.
