sergeant majors near the breakwater/ fishing jetty part of an inlet about 1/2 hour from home. when we woke up to sun this morning we took a ride up there, as yesterday was gray with showers all day, and they were forecasting a 70% chance of rain today.
the rock (or cement) is actually just under the surface, the piece of seaweed, floating on surface- there was a lot of wave action there and we were standing about 12 feet above the water
