Dandelion

What's not to like about a dandelion?

What a day we have had, very warm, topped 24C when we were in Glasgow.

We went to Bishopbriggs to visit my cousin.  She has no memory, but is happy enough, and enjoys reading out loud, so we spent some time listening to her reading from the Scots Magazine I had taken her.

It was a bit of a nightmare journey though, as when we got to Bishopbriggs centre we have to go under a railway bridge, easy enough but the road was blocked off and the diversion was really weird, we ended in Auchinairn!  Eventually however we found our way back and managed to get across the railway on another road and finally were at the care home.  Very stressful for Bob!  But glad we got there and she seemed to enjoy our visit, although I am sure she now will have no memory of it!  Dementia is a cruel disease!
