Still

An early appointment along the prom so I carried on to the end afterwards. Home and I’d watered all the pots in the back garden by 9.30am! After breakfast I had a quick trip to M&S for a top up shop and took a couple of parcels to the post office. Watered the plants at the front when I got home and had a sweep up…and filled the windscreen washer water in the car as MC is off down the country on Friday.

After lunch I headed into the back garden again and had a good sweep up there, rearranged all the pots and furniture then washed some of the furniture down. Mid afternoon one of my school friends arrived and a convivial hour or so was spent sitting in the sunshine generally catching up with each others news and putting the world to rights. A quick shower and I’ve now got my glad rags on and will be off out shortly for a spring meal with the WI. Off to Newcastle tomorrow to see Torvill & Dean…it’s over a year since we booked the tickets so really looking forward to it.
