Emergency kitten blip tonight. Busy day as dad was called back to hospital to have his knee checked by consultant re:- the septic arthritis. Although it is still very swollen I think it seems a tad better. Dr wants dad to seriously consider a knee wash but he must have it as an inpatient as he will have to be carefully monitored with his diabetes etc . Dad seemed a little less agitated when he was given the option rather than being told he must stay. He must rest and hopefully by mid week the antibiotics will have kicked in. On top of that mum has a really bad chest infection, it’s likely that she has aspirated sometime over the weekend and that has been the cause 
