HEEZ OUT!

High school baseball this afternoon vs a cross-town rival.  The home team short stop applies the tag to the visiting runner and he's OUT at 2nd base.  Unfortunately, the home team lost the game 7-3.

We didn't score until the later innings;  the visitors scored 5 runs in the 1st two innings.  The home team was asleep and it took a while before their competitive juices started to flow.  Had we been awake the first two innings and if the visitors didn't score, we would have won that game 3-2.  I hope the lesson is learned.
