Lou after a hard days chasing birds, lying in the sun and climbing on the roof tops. Totally puffed now.
I took Tom for an asthma assessment. He’s to fill in a peak flow chart for two weeks and she’s given him a combination inhaler. He’s feeling better today.
We did a weekly shop after his appointment plus bought some plants from B&Q.
I’ve been busy in our garden, he’s been busy at the allotment.
