Where's the heatwave?

South of the border may be enjoying summer temperatures but for us the temperature barely reached 19C, pleasantly warm  for the time of the year.

Thank you all for your kind comments on yesterday’s blip. It still seems strange to share such an extraordinary experience though none of us thought so at the time.
It’s been a quiet day with an hour and half zoom yoga and meditation this morning. One member of the group took part from the Black Isle on the northeast coast of Scotland, and she sat outside sitting on her yoga mat with spectacular scenery in the background. I felt envious.
I have always felt yoga should be done outdoors if possible but have never got around to trying it.
