B is for Beautiful Bluebells and Birds in Bedford
What a great hike!
My first blips of black and white warblers with the forest floor bursting with wildflowers, mostly bluebells, along Hemlock Creek in Bedford Reservation. MS and I were in heaven.
Merlin told us these birds were also there:
Tennessee Warbler
Tufted Titmouse
Warbling Vireo
Blue Jay
White-throated Sparrow
Song Sparrow
Northern Flicker
Red-eyed Vireo
Eastern Wood-Pewee
Wood Thrush
Acadian Flycatcher
Willow Flycatcher
Common Yellowthroat
Downy Woodpecker
Eastern Towhee
American Robin
