Sand Martin - 44

We headed home today after our brief stay in Norfolk and came back via RSPB Frampton Marsh which we have visited a few times before. The main photo is a sand martin but it was great to see a ruff in breeding plumage as well as a fairly close little ringed plover (bird 45)
