Busy boy

Picked up grandson at 7:30 and he has been on the go all day, in fact he is currently in bed but not asleep and his grandad is reading him a story. We have spent much of the day in the garden, under shade mostly. He washed his bike, dug up some worms, had a picnic lunch and rode his bike around the garden. We went to B&Q after lunch and he was very taken by the guy in the little truck that went up high to get stock. As soon as we were home he wanted to be out again. I took Hetty for a walk when it cooled a little but still very warm so didn’t go far.
He enjoyed his dinner then headed home for half an hour play before getting him ready for bed. His mum had tickets for a play before his dad got dates for current job so we offered to baby sit and she has gone with a friend.
