Week 3, day 1

Pretty full on day with us (the trainers) teaching two hours this morning, with our trainees observing us. It's always a bit more daunting being observed by them at the start of week 3 as they know more than on day 1, when they observed us for the first time! Then 1-1 tutorials in the afternoon with all 12 trainees. We were also in early this morning to prep the tutorials. However, another good day under our belts, done and dusted! Tapas at a local place tonight with Bb and Dot, but not before Dot and I managed to squeeze in having a mini manicure! Socializing at night means a 5.45am start tomorrow morning with marking as we have the 2nd assignment to mark before Wed, but worth it.....at least it seems that way tonight! And Wednesday is the new Friday as we have a four day weekend!
