My station on Sunday

Today we held the York City Orienteering Race; an annual event which is usually held in, or very close to, the City Centre. However, this time we were using the suburb of Acomb, starting from the Acomb Primary School beside West Bank Park. In order to keep junior runners safe we had to have a couple of road crossing adults to see them safely across the two little access roads. This was my place after my run (walk/stagger) round my course. Definitely wasn't fit for the run on the day.
