TINY TUESDAY - IT'S AN ILLUSION, BUT NOT SHINY!

This wasn’t my original shot for Tiny Tuesday!  

First of all, apologies for not commenting on yesterday’s Blips but I was so tired last night, I went to bed before 9 o’clock and didn’t get up until 9.45 this morning!  I think my body was telling me I needed more sleep!

Anyway, I had noticed that one of the tulips, given to me by my lovely God-given Daughter, was looking just right for the Tiny Tuesday slot, so took several shots and tinkered with it a bit, and you can see this one in as an extra.

Then, because I had to go to a meeting at Church this morning, although Mr. HCB said he would take me, I told him I would go on the bus, as I need to be independent - he wasn’t happy, but I was adamant.  

Whilst waiting for the second bus, I looked up into the clear blue sky and saw this plane, which looked tiny to my eyes!  The black line is one of thirteen cables that come off a telegraph pole on the pavement.  They obviously don’t have underground telephone cables in this part of Swindon, so I took several shots and decided that it would make an interesting subject for Tiny Tuesday.  Not on theme, of course - but that’s me!  

A friend offered to take me home from the meeting - although I told her that Mr. HCB would be happy to come and collect me if she just took me to her house. However, she insisted on bringing me all the way home and said that Mr. HCB could spend more time in the garden - as if he needs to - he has been out there since before 7.30 this morning!  

It is very warm today.  Interestingly, our friend is going to Italy tomorrow - she did mention that it would be as hot over there as it is here!  Hope the sun is shining on you, wherever you are.  M xx
