On his way back he collected 12 bags of clay for me from a pottery who teaches. It's all bone dry and needs reconstituting. But is was £5 a bag instead of £20!

I started the planning application for the new studio. They want £160 just to give advice on if it can be changed to business!!! And so the money grabbing starts!!!!
