Learning?

This is Rob’s book not mine, but I did go for a Reiki session this morning to try to find out what it meant to have my chakra aligned. I’m not sure about that but the talk with the therapist afterwards was interesting and it was extremely relaxing.

When she was working on my head I was away of lots of changing blue colours I’m my closed eyes and apparently that is linked with the side of my head and throat. The area around my sola plexus was very cold but soon warmed up and I relaxed into it very quickly….
