No blip mojo today. Must try harder tomorrow. Thank god the girls were being silly together otherwise this would be a blank screen.....

Had my first asthma attack in about 17 years this morning at the gym, it came out of the blue, was pretty major, and lasted until about half way through my shift at work. Very embarrassing and quite scary. I'm very used to dealing with severe attacks with Mr F and Hayley, not nice being on the other side of things......must be more careful tomorrow......
