Mentoring Day

High Cup Nick. 
Great to be out actively coaching and mentoring three of our team who are taking higher level walk leadership qualifications. 
There was no heatwave. Until the last two hours of the day it was officially brrrr. 

We did a fantastic loop of a perfect Hill & Moorland Leader quality day looking at more advanced navigation techniques and then added in some steep ground work for our trainee mountain leader. We added in flora, geology and lamb rescue. 
Finished with a beer.
