Leek and Potato Pie

Well not truly a pie as it will not get a crust – unless I cook it for to long . . .  Perhaps I should call it Leek and Potato casserole.
 
There is one important ingredient missing that I did not notice until I started the assembly.  One must have one’s natural antibiotics.
 
 
I spent a large part of this morning trying to sell our BT shares.  We only have (had) a nominal amount bought when BT was liquidised, or as that put it ‘floated on the market’.  It’s been over twenty years since BT updated it’s shares and I could not find the share certificate.  On top of that ShareView has changed and I didn’t realise that I had set up an account under ‘BT’ and already had a login!  All sorted now.
 
Now for the six o’clock news then to cook tea.
