New green leaves

I can’t believe that it is a year since I last admired the beautiful newly unfurled leaves of the beech trees, with their  bright and fresh green colour. These have opened up in the warmth of the sun during the week since I last walked this way, although today it was rather grey and damp. Whatever the weather though, a dog needs a walk, and I always discover something lovely or interesting along the way.
