Intentional camera movement

Today was my last rehab session, about which I am happy. After the three hours I confess I came home and crashed for a few hours. Then I had to do some things around Margot and her mums coming for dinner tonight. So glad I made the spiced pear cake yesterday.

So my mono Monday had to be shot out of an upstairs back window. Not much movement out there so I moved the camera instead.
