A Parting Gift

In a couple of hours, I will be leaving on my trip.  These daffodils make a nice parting gift. After a very rainy weekend, the sun is shining and the sky is blue, a good omen, I hope. I will be staying in Boston tonight before my flight tomorrow night.  I love the thought of finally being back in Scotland but the thought of the "getting there" is always daunting.  The weather in Scotland looks good, for the time being, but I don't worry about those things.  It will be what it will be and just being there is the most important thing.  I suspect my commenting will be sporadic at best until I return.  So, let the journey begin!
