The non christening party

Yesterday was the party that should have followed E's christening.  Unfortunately Chicken pox meant that it couldn't go ahead but the party continued as it was all organised and paid for.

Lots of their friends were there, it was lovely to see O with friends from school, university and work.  They have all been friends for years and I knew all their children so she enjoyed playing with them (which is why she isn't on the photo).

E was very under the weather and the wild hairstyle is testament to itchy spots on her scalp.  It was a lovely afternoon before the long drive home.
