Cheshire Matterhorn

A lovely amble through the Macclesfield forest up to Shutlingsloe top. One of 95 “Ethels” in the area. Enjoyed a toasted cheese Staffordshire cake which was more like a cross between a crumpet and a crêpe than an oatcake but delicious nonetheless.
