Strepsils, Loratadine & a glass of water

No idea if I've got a virus or Hayfever. An excuse for a day in bed, and an excuse for Mr B to have some 'he' time out and about.

Seem to have had sports on all day. Bournemouth v Man U. A draw. Pity we were so close to a 3 pointer. And then lots of tennis.
