Rathfinny run

À beautiful (if rather warm) day for our local vineyard run today. Stunning setting and always a challenge 10.8 km, 230m elevation. R's nephew joined us and we all completed it in just over an hr (1hr 5 for me and 18th female out of 90). I was pleased as knee and hip were niggling.
R's niece and nephew came back for lunch in the garden before heading home.
A busy and fun weekend - can't complain about this lovely weather either!
