West End

Mum got home in the early hours, I knew she was on her way before I went to bed…thanks for all the good wishes yesterday. I finally had a good nights sleep and caught up with some missed sleep with a lie in this morning.  After lunch I picked MC up before heading to the other grandparents to get the wee one. A quick trip around M&S before dropping the pair of them off in front of this gate on the riverside so they could head home over the bridge.

Spent a couple of hours with Mum before I headed home again. She looked fine but was a bit confused and couldn’t remember what had happened or that she’d been to hospital. I stayed during tea time and managed to get her to eat half an egg sandwich and some of a choc bar…she probably wouldn’t have eaten anything if I hadn’t been there, she’s definitely fading.
