I went to Fleetwood today as I had an appointment for a routine lung scan in one of those mobile units. 

After the scan I heard some loud music close to the seafront and went to investigate - such a lot of noise and clutter.  Why people pay to go on these things is beyond me, but everyone to his or her own. I wonder what the young child on the embankment is thinking. 

Congratulations to all those who ran a marathon today, be it in London, Manchester or Blackpool.
