Power

I love the power of a hivis vest!

I've spent today as a volunteer marshal at the London Marathon, mainly doing crowd control ("please keep left", "please keep moving on the steps", "please don't block the walkway, no, not even to take photos", "you cant stop here", etc.). It was an amazing day, if hard work. The heat must have been horrendous to run in as it was bad enough just standing still.  

Well done to any and everyone who finished London or Manchester today, you are all bl--dy amazing .
