Roman Times!

Today we visited Chester, I fell in love with the place....its a beautiful city and a place I've ear marked as a place to stay with my husband. ..once the boys are bigger!
We took the boys to the Roman Experience. ... They weren't sure at the beginning as the 1st half was walking through the reconstruction area. ..sounds...smells....etc x
The hands on area was a winner tho...we tried on armour. ...smelt smells. ..built bridges. ...rode a chariot and much more!
I feel so relaxed and am really enjoying our family time. ..am slightly missing my bed though :-(
