Tulip

Today I finally got round to catching up with my in box, and a few other things. There were a few colleagues in the office, different from the ones who were in yesterday.

At lunchtime I had to go to the optician to collect my new glasses and sunglasses. The world jumped into focus again. Although my prescription hasn’t changed much, it feels like a big change. Not least because when I went in it was very dull, and when I left with my new glasses on it was much brighter as the sun was breaking through. It was as if my new glasses had brightened up the world!

It was good to finish up, after a short week. We had a quick and easy tea, and then TT went to church. I went for a quick walk.

An emergency blip today, a tulip in the garden that is getting past it’s best.
